pps: Let's SING!

The Biggest Loser Theme Song : "Proud" by Heather Small
I look into the window of my mind
Reflections of the fears I know I've left behind
I step out of the ordinary
I can feel my soul ascending
I am on my way
Can't stop me now
And you can do the same
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
Still so many answers I don't know
Realise that to question is how we grow
So I step out of the ordinary
I can feel my soul ascending
I am on my way
Can't stop me now
And you can do the same
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
We need a change
Do it today
I can feel my spirit rising
We need a change
So do it today
'Cause I can see a clear horizon
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?
'Cause you could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
What have you done today
You could be so many people?
Just make that break for freedom
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?

This am I cleaned out my kitchen, threw out old foods, most processed foods, and just stuff that didn't go with my new "clean diet"... I searched books like Clean Diet, Best Life Diet, Super RX Food Diet and articles. I wrote a list of items and brands that are most healthy - and next I'm heading to the grocery store to stock up. Everything in my fridge and cabinets looks so tidy! I am very proud of this. This is coming from a former fast food, frozen meal could care less person - which is why I got fat! I'm ready to try some new easy recipes and figure out what some of the strange grains on my list are for...

I checked my cholesterol today...139. Still good. Hmmm...I was 112 before Christmas. I haven't chugged down as much soymilk since then as I was at that time. Maybe that really made a difference. Interesting.
I added some more songs to my mp3 player for my exercises....and tested them out.

I got out of bed and decided that even though I feel gross (head cold and a little sore throat) I needed to do some exercise.

So I went really really slow and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and a little bit of resistance bands.

But I think I'm going to go back to bed and look sad at my husband to do the laundry.
