What foods help you stay OP: Carrots, Brown Rice and Yogurts!
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: Because I'm attempting to finally lose my weight in a healthy way, and it's too important to me not to miss out on great things with my (to be) husband.
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: Self control/Discipline.
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: Letting my man know about my intentions for excersize and healthy eating habits, and in turn he helps me to accomplish them and maybe join in once and a while. Who knew he'd like yogurt and apples?
What do you like to do for fun: Sketching and listening to music.
What type of music do you like best? Acoustic and alternative.
If you were on a deserted island for a month, by yourself, what 3 (only 3) items (not people) would you want with you? Sketch book, drawing pencils, a boat.. can I say boat? Probably can't, so... an umbrella.
