I'm 3 meals a day with a planned snack if I need it.
Lots of protein, dairy,veggies, some fruit and very little bread or simple carbs.
I'm trying to keep it between 1200 -1600 cals.
I walk a 1/2 hr on most days when the weather permits.
I really need to find a good program for weights & stretching so I'm spending some time looking around at what other people have done.
I'll be 55 in July & I'm concerned about loss of muscle.
I've suffered from BED for my entire life so I have to be really careful about total restriction.
But at the same time I need to be mindful of the fact (that I don't want to accept) that there are certain foods I simply can't handle.
I'm doing a lot of looking around & reading and some posting.
