I would think you would be on Gold. I'm 5'4" & 150 is my goal. Before my COD closed, that is the plan they had me on when I wasn't exercising. It is 2 Proteins, 3 Veg, 3 Fruit, 2 Starches, 1 Dairy, 1 Fat & 2 Lites. I'm not really sure what you would add if you're not doing the Lites. However, if you exercise over 3-5 hours a week you would want to do Blue. With that you would add 1/2 protein & 1 Starch. Hope that helps. Good luck.
