Default Pickles

I'm kind of banking on my 5 calorie pickle spear (or single pepperoni slice!) every now and then to keep my salt cravings in check. Am I risking completely negating any weight loss I've managed because of water retention? It's not like I eat 15 a day...it's one or two a week...tell me I can still eat pickles every once and a while and that it's not a bad food...

Pickles are not a bad food. I love pickles and I watch my salt intake. I also retain water easily. I haven't found pickles to be detrimental. Just practice moderation (in other words don't eat the whole jar) and don't go drinking the juice. Lol.

I actually have to visit this particular deli whenever I visit my sister. They have the best pickles! I bought 5 lbs at Christmas time. And, Yes, I still have some left.

Pickles are my favorite thing ever!!!

And I'm sorry, but a denying diet will never become an dedicated diet - at least for me.
