Question Stevia vs. Splenda...taste...which do you prefer?

Thinking of trying Stevia (which is supposed to be a natural herb). Love the taste of Splenda and would like to hear from you all who have tried both. What's your opinion???

Splenda has an aweful aftertaste also. I only use about a third of a package of splenda in my morning decaf coffee. When I accidently use more, it has an aweful aftertaste.

As time goes by, the less sugar substitute I use, the less product with sugar substitutes I eat, the more sensitive I have become to sweeteners. At starbucks their sugar-free syrups are made with splenda and they usually give you four pumps of the syrup. I have to request two pumps of syrup in my lattes because it was just too sweet for me.

When I first bought stevia powder, I used about as much as I use of splenda and I got that aweful aftertaste. Then I realize that what everyone said was true. You really only need a teeny tiny bit. Once I figured out how to tap the container on my cup to get just a dash of stevia, it was actually quite good.

I do like natural better than chemicals but I still only use stevia ocassionally.
