I will be on vacation for a week this month so I won't be tracking calories but I still will be exercising and getting in water.
Food: 1800-1900 calories
Water: 8 glasses
Exercise: 5-6 times a week (cardio everyday, strength training 3 days)

02/02: 1 (weekly day off from exercise, was within calorie limits but no points because I made really bad choices)
02/03: 2 (exercise and water, but was thrown off food plan at Super Bowl party)
