I don't know if anyone would remember me but I really need to come back and try to get myself back in the right frame of mind to eat right again. I had lost 58lbs and made it to my first goal. I was going to set a goal of 5 more lbs and then I started slacking off. Eating a few chips here, a few cookies there and basically it has snowballed out of control and I end up binge eating just about ever day thinking I'll start tomorrow so I better eat some of the things that taste so good to me. I'm back to being a junkfood junkie. I'm going to begin phase 1 tomorrow and not look back. I figure if I keep talking to you all about it and then hit the maintence forum when I get to where I'm going I'll be fine. I know now that I can't slack off because it lead me to disaster! I was looking great, feeling good about how I looked... i'm going to do that again and keep it that way.

Is there anyone here who is in phase 1?

It sounds like you're back in the right frame of mind to get started again, just take it one day at a time and don't look back!

thanks everyone, as usually everyone here is so welcoming I love it. I screwed up today and didn't plan dinner well enough and had sloppy joe (no bread) and i'm certain that sauce is not phase 1 friendly. So to make up for it i'll just add 1 more day onto phase 1 and no worry to much about it.
