Default Trader Joe's Lentil Vegetable Soup

You MUST try this.

Low calorie, high fiber, high protein. Sodium's not low, but not too bad.

Tastes amazing -- really hearty, really nicely seasoned.

I just bought this the other day but haven't tried it yet. I wanted to put it in my pantry for a just in case day.

I am totally not a salt freak, but I tried another brand of lentil soup that was low sodium and it was yucky. I like lentils a lot, so I will look for it at TJs.

Speaking of lentils, I have a bag in my pantry that I don't know what to do with. I don't think have ever had them! Does anyone have a goo (easy) recipe to introduce me to these healthy little things???

I love lentils.

Usually when I make them, I just throw in a can of diced tomatoes and various spices.

Here are some good looking recipes though
