Default I am average!!

Went shopping at a consignment store for clothes - and I got a bunch of size 14 pants to try on. They all fit me perfectly! I am an average sized woman now!!
That just blows my mind.

Congratulations! For me, when I shop for that size, I still look around to see if the fat people police are going to haul me out of there. But I love not having to go to a special section to shop.

Congratulations! Isn't it great? I find it weird being able to shop in more than one shop now (everything I owned before was pretty much from one store only)

I've been overweight since I turned 14 or so so before that I didn't shop as an adult woman obviously. When I lost the weight, I didn't even know where to shop, I had to ask my sister, so juniors is for kids right and the misses is where I'll find my clothes right? I mean I was so confused, I knew all the code terms for big, "woman", "plus sized" I just didn't know where to shop for my new size.

I was so excited when i turned 14, I bought a nice suit from the regular women's section. It was so exciting and now it sits in my closet... worn once. So sad.

I haven't settled at a weight long enough to really enjoy shopping yet, cause every time I buy a size I have to give it away. I am looking forward to finding my new favorite stores!

I miss Lane Bryant because I knew their jeans fit me just right... I haven't even gotten rid of my card yet, afraid of relapse I suppose.
