Thumbs up 1lb loss
well here i am into my 4rd week and a total loss of 8lb. Ithought that it would be a bit more, never mind at least i am doing something positive . onward and downward

2 pounds a week is 104 pounds in a year -- which is FANTASTIC! Don't be alarmed if you can't keep up that pace throughout the year though, while it is possible, 1lb a week is still great progress, and some weeks you may not lose anything. I'm averaging about 7lbs a month, however some weeks are better than others!
