I'm facing the same situation that you are. I strength train 3 times a week and do some form of cardio 6 days a week (less on days that I strength train). The scale didn't budge for almost 3 months, although the inches are coming off. My WW leader suggested that I eat more. This past week I made a concerted effort to eat all that was "coming" to me (Weight Watchers plan) - all healthy - and I lost 1-1/2 lbs this week!

Make sure you're not starving your body - it needs more calories to build muscle.
