Here is a fantastic Crockpot recipe my mom sent me!

1 large jar of Great Northern Beans, not drained (sometimes I mash some of the beans)
2-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 can of chicken broth
1 onion (to taste, really. I used about 1/2)
garlic to taste
diced green chilies

sauté the onion, garlic, chilies in olive oil
add all the other stuff to the Crockpot
season with Cumin!
Cook for about 4 hours on high, 6-8 on low. (You'll want to watch this - I accidentally cooked my soup away once)

When I make this recipe, I put a can of stewed tomatoes and 1 c. of fresh mushrooms. I wonder if the recipe can be converted into WW points?
