If you have a Trader Joe's around you must try their Turkey Bacon..no nitrates. It is soooo yummy!..If you cook it a little longer than the pack says..it turns out with that perfect crunch. I was pleasantly surprised!!!

I didn't buy the Jennie brand because of the nitrates. I am in baby mode..Can you tell?..LOL! I honestly can not imagine it tasting better than this. I was actually dreading eating it this morning. But it really taste like bacon without the yucky fat that we all try to avoid getting in out mouths.
I am also having their Veggie Patch juice and it taste very similiar to V-8..maybe a little better..I know it has a heap of veggies, like spinach..and the calories are lower...6 grams of sugar.
