1700 minutes this month. Going on vaca first week of January.
December 1: 20 minute snow shoveling/car stuck/streaming expletive fiasco
December 2: 20 minutes turbojam (had to stop, felt like poo)
December 3: 70 minute spin, 30 minutes core
December 4: 45 minutes core/dance
December 5: 60 minute spin, 20 minutes pilates
December 6&7: In a funk. No exercise
December 8: 75 minutes spin, 25 minutes upper body strength
December 9: 70 minute spin, 75 minutes yoga
December 10: spin #1- 50 minutes, spin #2- 75 minutes, core 30 minutes
December 11-12: nada nada nada
December 13: 20 minute elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes strength (arms/chest)
December 14: 50 minutes
December 15: 80 minute spin, 30 minute strength (shoulders/chest)
December 16: 75 minutes yoga
December 17: Spin #1-35 minutes, Spin #2- 70 minutes, Core- 30 minutes
December 19: Spin, 55 minutes
December 20: treadmill (10 minutes), PT/strength (70)
December 22: spin (90 minutes), strength/chest (20 minutes)
December 25: 30 minute walk
December 27: 25 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes strength training
Total: 1465/1700

I'll go for 800 minutes. I'd like to actually make my goal... I always have such high hopes at the beginning of the month, which usually results in not meeting my ambitious goals!!

I am taking this challenge - my first..... My goal is weight loss but my main exercise right now is walking, and bike riding - I need to get started somehow and work my way to harder things.....

Im not going for minutes, that's hard for me. Instead, I'll say that I want to do 30 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of strength each 3 times a week.
December 01 - 30 min cardio
December 02 - none
December 03 - 40 min strength
Goal hit: n/a (not full week)
December 04 - 30 min cardio / 40 min strength
December 05 - 30 min cardio

December 08 - 20 min cardio (trying out new workout, got confused halfway through)
