I've been really slacking on exercise, so I'm coming crawling back to 3FC for some inspiration and support. It's getting cold outside, so I need to retreat back to the gym, which is why I bought a fitness class pass (that has yet to be used!). So, my goal for this month is 1,000 minutes.
November 01 - 60 mins.
November 02 - 35 mins.

OK well last month i did about 450 minutes, was sick alot and didnt get as much exercise as i wanted in. So im going to shoot for 600 minutes this month. If i can get in 25 min of walking atleast 6 days a week i should be good. I just gotta get off my a$$ and do it! No more excuses!
