Default Question of the Day 10/13

In reality what is your height and how many calories to aim for a day? I get so much conflicting information. I want to know what works for you chicks.

im 5'6 and i take in and i try to keep my calorie intake below 1500. Latley i havent had much of an appetite because of the meds im on and i think im only taking in about 1200 max usually..

I'm 5'2" and I aim for 1200 per day - if I go over I tend to maintain. I've actually been finding it tough to hit 1200, but I know I shouldn't go under, 'cause I stop losing then, too, so I just eat a few more snacks. I know there are guidelines, but I think it's hit and miss for everyone, and you just have to find the calorie amount that's right for you.

I'm 5'7 and 200 lbs, and I stay under 1600 calories. Normally though, I don't go that high, usually stay in the 1200-1300 range for some reason.

I am 5'8" and 202 now and while I don't count, I'd estimate between 1200-1400 daily.

I'm 5'6, 188ish pounds and I eat between 1600 and 1800 a day, usually 1800. I've read many places that a good number to shoot for is your weight times 10, and if you can't lose at that your weight x 9.
