Default Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt

They are 60calories a container and NO fat. Sweetened with Splenda.

I've never been a big yogurt fan but need something to snack on, etc.. Need the calcium. SO these were on sale at the store yesterday so i thought i'd try it. They're actually pretty darn tasty! I had one for lunch today. I wasn't real hungry but needed to eat a little something.. Perfect!

I've been having a hard time finding a low calorie snack.. this is perfect! I recommend it for others if you're looking/needing ideas.

I generally have a few of those floating around my fridge. I'm not a huge yogurt fan but it's nice to have when I get hungry and run out of cottage cheese, which I prefer.

Yeah I have the Yoplait no fat or Nestle diet - both of which have about 80 calories/200gm

I have it over muesli in the mornings or with cut up apples or fruit salad...but then I am a complete yoghurt nut and will have it with anything!
