Let's see...

2 PB & J sandwiches on whole wheat
2 cups of milk
1/2 a yellow pepper
1.5 cup of fruit salad
1.5 cup of tabbouleh
1.5 cup of turkey pepper salad
Some leftover brown rice with veggies

I guess that's not great, not bad. A decent day, since I'm done for the day and rather full.

S-Cup of coffee with creamer
S-Chicken breast and sweet potato

CrissyA - That is so funny, I actually love having that kind of stuff for breakfast!!!

Breakfast - Muscle Milk Shake
Lunch - Turkey and Cheddar sandwich on wheat with lite mayo
Dinner - Chicken breast, Baked Potatoe with lite sour cream

Drank - Cup of black coffee and not much water actually, maybe 60 ounces
