I can't do time-specific weight loss goals cause.. my body doesn't listen to me. My birthday goal would mean that I would lose 8lbs next month, but ....
My fitness goals I can control are:
- Get at least 315 min of cardio in each week.
- Have weekly calorie averages under 1500.
- Work back up to jogging 20minutes
I haven't set goals in so long. I seriously need to get moving. July is my month!
-Get into the 180s (this has been my goal since April, but this time I'm gonna do it!!) -- ie, lose at least 4lbs
-Meet fitness goal of 1000 minutes in motion
-Meet water goal of at least 50oz/day (to work back up towards 64)
So those are pretty standard, acheivable goals. I just gotta get myself moving again. I've been stuck for so long...
~ 3 x's a week do the program at work (strength training)
~ 3 x's a week do a half hour of cardio
~ Eat more whole foods (avoid packaged foods and eating out)
~ Continue keeping food journal (even on bad days)
~ See 142 or under by the last day of July
~ Participate in the Exercise challenge
July goals
1500 mins
get down to 140's (even if its only 149, i'll be happy lol!!!)
drink more water
increase amount of fruits,veggies, and whole grains
Ok ladies (and gents) I have some goals! I've been lurking since January or so and it has to stop. I was doing SO well and I just fell off the wagon and never got the umph back to start again. I MUST do this! So...my goals...
Get into an exercise routine again...cardio 5X a week and walks with kids too
Try to incorporate weight training...but won't fret about it if I don't (I hate it...wouldn't want it to derail me)
Keep calories under 1500 most days (at least 6)
drink my water-at least 72 ounces a day
Ok, I think that's it for now! Hopefully this will get me back on track! I'm close to my goal...I just need to get back in the swing of things.
-stay on track even with mom and all her naughty food around
-get my 1000 minutes of cardio in
-see the 150's again
-a totally non-weight loss goal to work on my master's project
