Okay so it'll be a full four weeks on my eating plan when the 1st rolls around. Sounds like it is about time I gave my gym membership some use.

I'm going to aim for 930 minutes of exercise plus 660 of walking with the dog.

Okay, I am going to try so hard to do this in June. I'm going to set the goal at 1000 again.

1000 minutes exercise, 3 liters of water per day
