Default so about my weigh in yesterday .....

i'm going to have to back track on my weight loss.
my scale said 161 yesterday -- and today it said 165.
i know there is no way i gained 3 lbs in a day. i didnt eat anymore yesterday then i have been.
i've been going back and forth all this past week from 164-165.
so i think i'm going to stick with the 165 as my weigh in.
which is still not bad. it's still a 3 lb loss from last week.
and a 4 lb loss total. so i'm still moving along.
plus, 3 lbs is a lot healthier of a loss then 6 lbs in one week

so 3 lbs down for the week.
i'll get that other 3 off by next week

-- i think my scale just likes to mess with my head --

don't worry about it jamie. i know it can be discouraging but it is not the be all and end all.

try to only weigh yourself at set times, ie, every Saturday morning only, instead of jumping on intermittantly. your body is adjusting and you are probably taking in more water now so give your body some time.

you are doing great and you are right 3lbs is fantastic.
