Default I Feel Like Crap!

I haven't been on here in quite awhile and let me just say the scale, my pants, and my face all show it. I've been eating like crap and getting zero exercise and I feel horrible and look horrible and have gained back at least 8 lbs if not more. I've decided it's about time I took back control of my life instead of leaving it in the hands of food and laziness so I'm back and hopefully for good this time. My goals for May are to get in exercise a minimum of 30 min 3x per week (but hopefully much more!) and to lose that 8 lbs I gained in the last couple of months. I miss my old energy and happiness with my progress and I am here to take it back, forcefully if necessary! LOL So, hello to all of you newbs I've never talked to, as well as to all of my old pals.

HERE'S TO A HEALTHY MAY FOR ALL!!

Christy - welcome back. We all wander off track from time to time, the thing that makes us succeed is that we keep coming back. I know you can kick that stubborn 8 lbs to the curb.

Welcome back! In my experience, I have found that when I have a small slip up and gain a few pounds back they usually fall right off very quickly.

Good luck!
