Default Hi I'm new!!
My name is Tamika and I just turned 25 on Wed. I am a mommy to a 1 and a 2 year old. So I nedver lost the weight from my 1st baby beforeI got pregnant with the 2nd. I am currently 214 and I would love to be around 135 or so. I am so motivated to get this weight off. I know that I can do this!! Look foreward to chatting with you all!!

you can so do this! we have the same goal weight

when the thread starts up, you should give the exercise minutes challenge a go for may. it is very motivating to get moving and help move that weight off. trns should have it up soon.
