Arrow *** 20,000 Minutes in April *** POST NOW!

Here is our chance to work together towards a goal! Starting April 1st!
This is in correlation with the April Fitness Challenge, but anyone can help out and post their fitness minutes. Our goal for April is 15,000 minutes of exercise! I chose 20,000 minutes because when i counted your goals in the fitness challenge thread it was well above 20,000! I will update this at the end of each day. Join in and post your minutes after you exercises to add towards the grand total.

Everyone just add their minutes to the minutes before!

Say the first post is from me. I say I exercised for 60 minutes. Then the next post the person says they exercised 75 minutes, they add the 75 to the 60 for a total of 135 as a group total. Then the next person says they exercised 30 minutes. They add the 30 onto the 135 for a group total of 165 and so on and so forth.

Total + Your minutes = New Total

Today I've got 80m to contribute.... And I'm pooped so I won't be doing any more than that! (50m cardio class and 30m fast paced walking to campus)

Hmmm well last night i was thinking more along the ways of everyone posting each day.. but maybe i can take them from the challenge board?

If people forget to post their exercise every day and go back to fill in past days.... You might get a little confused as to what you've counted already. Maybe everyone making a whole new post every day would be easier to track...? Of course, we'd end up with a monster thread, but there's nothing wrong with that! Just my input.

I'm in. I really want to buckle down this month. I didn't reach my fitness goal for March but my daughter was very sick and was recently hospitalized. I got in no exercise this week and the eating went out the window because I was so worried about her. But she's doing much better now. Monday I'm back in action.
