The most flattering thing happened to me today!!!!!!
Today I went to my mom's work because on her lunch break we were going to look at a place to have my wedding. She works at an alternative high school, so it's pretty small, they even all have to wear matching shirts. So I walked in and I saw her through the rather large windows into her classroom and I told the front desk person I was there for her and he asked who I was and I said "Mrs. Shores' daughter" and he opened the door and said "Mrs. Shores, your daughter is here" and the class started laughing hysterically and there were loud roars. My first reaction of course is, oh they are laughing because they think I am huge compared to her, she's like 5'2" at most, like 115 pounds. She came out and told me to sit and we'd leave in a minute. So we went out to the car and she said: "After you walked in one of the guys in my class said 'Oh wow, who's that hot girl' and all the other guys looked and were like 'yeah, I wonder who that is' and just then the front desk person walked in and said 'Mrs. Shores, your daughter is here' and all the girls started laughing at the guys, and they were really embarrassed and were just laughing and yelling."
This is the absolute most flattering, ego stroking thing that has ever happened to me. I just had to share. I am still glowing. I know it's kinda dumb since it's a bunch of high school guys, but I have never had anything like that happen to me. YAY!
