Yay! WElcome ladies! I'm so glad there are more old-20s ladies! *hehe* I'm 29 too and there are a lot of great ladies on here...most of which are under 25 though. I felt kinda old! *smile*

Good luck and we can all do this before we hit 20-10 (no I will not be 30 *smile*)

Hello everyone I am new here I've always had an issue with weight from even as a 6th grader I was already into a tight size 10 by the time I graduated Highschool I was 275 weating a size 22-24. I am 21 now and was just diagnosed with PCOS it along with bad choices has made my weight 318 LBS. size 26 and miserable. Since Oct when I was put on medication for my PCOS and am working out and eating 100% better I have lost 11 Lbs. now down to 307 hopefully now that I am treating my PCSO and I am finaly ready to make the lifestyle changes needed to actually have a life
the numbers and sizes will go steadly down.

Hello everyone! I am new to 3FC too. I'm 24 years old and I would like to be 30lbs lighter by my 25th b-day in june
...My main goal is really to just feel better about myself and keep myself active. As long as I'm fitting into at least a size 7 again, I don't care what the scales says I weigh!
I'm so glad that I found this site b/c the support, information, forums, discussions, & people are absolutely outstanding!! I have found everything to be sooooo helpful and motivating.
watching and hearing about other people's success stories makes me KNOW that I can do it too!!
I'm so glad that they decided to air the biggest loser special editions right now too, b/c watching that every wednesday keeps my spirits up as well!
Glad to be here on this journey with everyone!!

All of you new gals will do GREAT! I know you will! Definitly join a workout challenge- I used to only last 2 weeks working out...now I have only skipped once this month so far. It really really helps to keep you accountable for doing your workouts and doing the best you can. You can reach your goals!
