Weigh myself. Right after work after not eating for a couple hours. I weighed today after a very light lunch and I hadn't changed any! I feel great and so I will weigh again tomorrow.
I weight myself in the morning too. I have tried weighing myself througout the day and it seems that it goes up the most late-afternoon to early evening.
I also weigh in the morning. After I go to the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything.
It's funny because it seems like after waking up everyone makes a beeline for the bathroom.
I don't have a scale. I would become way too obsessed about weighing myself if I did. I only weigh on Mondays at the gym when I first get there, around 11 AM.
