45 jog/walk...I'm getting in more jogging and less walking!
15 min arm weights
20 min. pilates, yeah 2 times this week....
now comes the weekend, where will I squeeze it in?
July 7 - 30 min running/walking 2 min @4 mph/2 min @ 6mph
July 8 - 30 min eliptical trainer, 30 min. upper body and abs - my first session with a person trainer!!!

Jogged for 20 minutes (2.3 miles), and yes I was jiggling,eew
Went to the gym and...
Elliptical for 45 minutes
Stair climber for 10 minutes
ab excersises (my core is too weak..that will be Aug's goal though
squats and lunges
Sunday - 45 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the bike
Tuesday - 1 hour on the elliptical, 5 minutes jogging
Thursday - 50 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes on the bike
Saturday - 50 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike
Sunday: jogged for about 45 mins.
Monday: walked around for an hour or so
Tuesday: short jog, about 20 mins?
Wednesday: hiked for about 2 hours, a little bit uphill
Friday: loooooooong jog, 1 hour 45 minutes. I was going slowly, but I still think it was about 5 miles.
