So, my goals will be:
1) Lose 10 lbs
2) Maintain exercise and eating while visiting my sister
3) Run a mile non-stop, and cut at least 30 seconds from the time
4) Add more weight training to my exercise
5) Do one real push-up, not the girly kind

That's all for now
Christine

Definitely in need of something here. I have promised myself not to look at the scale for two months. So no weight goal for now.
1) Not skip a scheduled workout
2) Watch my portion sizes and stop eating when not hungry.
3) Don't skip breakfast.
4) Eat one more serving of veggies per day

My july goals are

1. To reach 212 lbs - which will be 10% of my starting weight lost! So a loss of 11 lbs by July 31st.
2. To exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.
3. To not eat fast food, but pack a lunch instead.

I've always wanted to start a challenge
so how about
1) workout 5-6 days a week (the 6th will prob be a hike or something fun)
2) watch that I don't eat more than I need to - i do not need to be super full.
3) save money oh wait - not an weight goal
4) go down in dress size, or my clothes must be loose!

Hmmm . . . here are my goals:

- work out at least five days a week (3-4 running, 2 strength/circuit training)
- get my mile time under 11 minutes, preferably down to 10:30 (I'm 11:04 right now)
- run 5K in 36 minutes
- this one may not be possible b/c of time constrains, but improve my endurance so I can run 5 miles
- do a girly style push-up! I've been working on this one for months
- weight-wise . . . lose 3 lbs.

My goals for July…

1) Stick to 1200-1400 calories a day of healthy food which means grocery shopping and minimal eating out. NO cheat days!!
2) No more than 4 alcoholic drinks a week. Either light beer or grey goose&soda w/splash of cranberry.
3) 5X cardio and 2X strength a week

Atleast once I want to join a challenge and achieve all my goals. It would be so awesome. I can't imagine even after a month of sticking straight OP how much greater I would feel. I CAN DO IT!!! (I'm going to have to keep repeating this to myself)

I'm going to take this one very seriously and make a weekly checklist to make sure I'm sticking to it. I desperately need to do something right now. I'm out of control!

Let's keep each other posted on how we are doing to keep ourselves accountable!!
