I got in a mile walk today (half hour walking with my daughter). I plan to do some hand weight lifts before bed as well.

Thursday-
50 minutes bike

Great job ladies! Something weird happened with my post last night and it was logged as being sent at 8:30 and there was another one AFTER mine at 9:15 when i was typing at 11:30. Let's hope this one comes through ok. Weird.
Anyway, tomorrow is my weigh in so we'll see if my exercise is paying off! *fingers crossed*

60 min on the ellipical @ 14 incline 8 resist - was alot slower today and had a hard time. I take a day off and I am lagging

Amber - I had the same weird thing happen, I typed a post at 9:30 in the morning and it got posted as 7:30! Maybe they switched time zones?

Friday:
15 mins elliptical (the cross-country skiing kind), Alpine Pass program, level 1
15 mins stairmaster, first and last minute at level 2 and the other 13 at level 3

Congrats everyone of keeping up with the exercise. My exercise today:
jogged 2 miles
walked 3.5
gonna try to do 20 min pilates, push-up, and some abs stuff before the day is out.

I think 3FC is constantly changing the time zone, so that's probably why it said something different. Down at the very bottom of the page, just below the quick reply box is a line that tells you what time you are posting at. Mine currently says:
"All times are GMT -7. The time now is 09:13 AM." That's my correct timezone.

Friday-rest day (we went to see War of the Worlds at 9 so it was too late when we got home)

Saturday-56 minutes bike

I'm pretty proud of me! We went to an Airshow all day and then waited for Fireworks at my mom's so we didn't get home until 10 pm and I still went down and exercised for an hour. I can't believe I didn't go straight to bed.

Great week ladies! Keep up the good work!
