I registered a few months back but haven't been posting and not keeping a diet like I originally thought I would. I have kept the 9 pounds, I lost earlier this year off but haven't been loosing like i wanted to.This year was the first year I really meant to follow a diet and I pretty much failed at my frist try. I'm here once again trying to get my motivation back and really commit to following a diet and exercise plan. I'm concerned about my health being that there's a history of diabetes and high blood pressure in my family, so there's something to worry about.
I hopefully can meet people like myself and help eachother with the problems we might face in the way.
