Hello! I am a TOTAL lurker on 20 somethings, I post all the time on UK chicks though, so I'm popping over for a bit during my finals, cos you all seem to be doing them too!
Papperclippy you rock gal! What with the running and the water and the 150-ness!
You are my current inspiration for the running (did a few minutes today but faster) and I'm also trying to drink TONS of water (I think it's working, lost 3/4 lb in a DAY!) just so that if I have a munchie attack then my weight will stay stable rather than going up like a rocket!
I'm kinda reducing my scale weigh ins this week, partially cos I haven't been doing much exercise and partially cos I don't want to get all huffy that those 3 chocolate biscuits I just ate have gone straight on my hips! (It's hard not eating when you're soooo bored!)
I've been really tired this week, perhaps it's all last week's exercise catching up with me (I did 6 days of at least 1 hrs exercise)! I'm going to just try going to all 3 kickboxing classes this coming week if I do enough revision - Ooooh there's an incentive!
Well I must get back to work so I can go kickboxing
ooh and it's almost dinnertime! Hoooray!
