I try to stick between 1300-1500, but I'm way closer to 1500 most of the time. We probably are eating more than some dieters on this board - you know why? Cuz we're 20-somethings! And we can! We're young, so, for the most part, our metabolisms should be running at the best they ever will, so we should be able to lose weight easier than older dieters.
