Default Weekly Weigh-In 1/30-2/5

I had a bad, bad week. It was my birthday last Monday and I was out of control the day before, day of, and day after. Yikes! Then I was back on plan Wednesday, out of control on Thursday, back on plan Friday and off plan yesterday. It was really odd. That coupled with my inability to do much physical stuff because of this stupid whooping cough... grrr... can you sense the frustration? I've never had such an odd arrangement of on and off days. Usually, I know when I'm not feeling up to being on plan and I designate a specific time to start being on plan again and I'm usually good for at least 5 days. I don't know what the heck is up with me. BUT - I'm back on plan today and planning to stick with it! I weighed in this morning to give me some idea of the damage. I was expecting at least 5 lbs. and preparing myself for up to 10 (mostly water weigh of course) but was happy to see that the damage was only 2 lbs. which is probably NOT water weight because my odd eating schedule probably already rid my body of that. I was so relieved to see that I was only up 2 lbs. - hopefully I'll be down those 2 lbs. at the of the week!

Happy Birthday Jenicra!!!!!!!!! I hear you about being on and off plan. I've had my share of WEEKS on and off plan

I started WW about 12 days ago. So far so good, I'm -5 lbs and eating well. It's a slow go though but as long as I am losing!

How is everyone else doing?

I lost 1 lb this week...I dunno why, I am doing everything right. but then again, I remember when 1 lb wasn't 'enough' and I would give up, but now I realize that it's all those little 1 lb losses that will EVENTUALLY add up. my goal is to lose 2 lbs by next week. I think I need to lower my carbs a little...

Hey everyone,
So I weighed myself this morning and I was at 157.5.....*sigh* a pound heavier than my weigh in two weeks ago (last week i decided not to weigh myself due to the horridness of my diet) ok but now i have to be serious about this because i am going to miami in 7 weeks!!!! Between now and then I want to lose 14 lbs, and then I will be only 5.5 lbs from my ultimate goal. I just realized that i am only 3.5 lbs away from the goal i set for myself like 2 years ago. so yay! ok well i hope everyone is doing better than i am!

Back down to 164.5 now - the day after I weighed in I was up another pound randomly, but now I've lost those 3 pesky pounds and am ready to be in the 150s!
