fri: 45 mins strength training, 45 mins cardio (this is sad but i dont remember what cardio i did... only that i did it!)
sat: 45 mins crosstrainer
Friday - pump class *yay*.. didn't use the break on the chest track. yeah baby.
Saturday -frantic house cleaning... ok i was lazy!
Sunday - 90 min walk on the foreshore. More frantic cleaning!
