The gym was packed again today! Monday and Tuesdays are always the most packed. Three men even blew the fuse on the tread mills. I guess they overwhelmed the circuit. ;-)
I did 30 minutes cycling, walked a mile, and did my weight lifting (strength training).

Aww I don't know.. I mean I have recently only just stepped away from the security of my treadmill onto the gasp "STATIONARY CYCLE"... he he he... I like rowers but get a bit bored. But maybe I will have to give the elliptical another go (perhaps in another couple of months when I am a bit fitter...)

Well done on all the hard work in the gym/outside/on the court guys!

Walked my mile. 30 minutes cycling...15 minutes stair stepper!! I felt totally unmotivated today...just a really rough day at work. Thankfully though I got my exercise done. And yeah I like the elliptical too, but it took me a while to get used to it...I felt really uncoordinated the first week or some on it too.

nbk - i like the crosstrainer (the one who the arms, too, but not the incline ability) better than the regular elliptical, but those two (and the arctrainer) are my favorite machines. i dont do any bike or treadmill stuff at all.

wednesday: 45 mins (approx, didnt really time myself) strength, 20 mins stair climber, 25 mins arc trainer
