The gym was packed again today! Monday and Tuesdays are always the most packed. Three men even blew the fuse on the tread mills. I guess they overwhelmed the circuit. ;-)
I did 30 minutes cycling, walked a mile, and did my weight lifting (strength training).
i felt like such a weenie today. i just have been so damn tired. BUT i made myself go anyway, even if i was complaining the whole time and feeling sluggish.
wednesday- 20 minute run plus warm up and cool down (5 minutes each so 30 minutes total), and power90 sweat video. I will also be doing bellydancing this afternoon.
NBK - i think so! i was eyeing that sucker all night to make sure I got my turn!
12 min treadmill
15 min elliptical
15 mins various weight machines (3x on each, upper and lower body)
Wednesday:
50 min. tennis (had a couple of really good partners today that really challenged me, and I got in a good workout)
25 min. walk
10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
15 min. run (6.0-6.3 mph)
Aww I don't know.. I mean I have recently only just stepped away from the security of my treadmill onto the gasp "STATIONARY CYCLE"... he he he... I like rowers but get a bit bored. But maybe I will have to give the elliptical another go (perhaps in another couple of months when I am a bit fitter...)
Well done on all the hard work in the gym/outside/on the court guys!
Walked my mile. 30 minutes cycling...15 minutes stair stepper!! I felt totally unmotivated today...just a really rough day at work. Thankfully though I got my exercise done. And yeah I like the elliptical too, but it took me a while to get used to it...I felt really uncoordinated the first week or some on it too.
nbk - i like the crosstrainer (the one who the arms, too, but not the incline ability) better than the regular elliptical, but those two (and the arctrainer) are my favorite machines. i dont do any bike or treadmill stuff at all.
wednesday: 45 mins (approx, didnt really time myself) strength, 20 mins stair climber, 25 mins arc trainer
