3 x 12 butterflies (I forget the "official" name)
15 min stretch

3 x 12 leg curl @ 50lbs
3 x 12 leg extension @ 25lbs
3 x 12 adductors @ 100 lbs
3 x 12 abductors @ 100 lbs

tuesday: 50 mins crosstrainer... (not feeling good, had to cut my gym time short). tomorrow i'm scheduled for 45 mins of strength and 45 mins of cardio so I hope I am feeling better!
