2 hours of softball

Monday:
3-mile walk
90 minutes of tennis

sunday looking after my rugby team running up and down the touch line with water and first aid bag running onto and off with kicking tee running on and off with water and kit for treating injuries + stress and lots of shouting.

monday been really ill i'm atkinsing and i think i hit a sodium deficiency cos i got really light headed and exhausted today so i had some salt and loads of veg for dinner in my fav reciepe start a new job on wednesday and i'll be walking the whole 3 mins from my house to the wharehouse lol

Monday: Pump Class (60 min)
Tuesday: Step Class (60 min)... first time.. what a mission.. had to do some abs on the last track as I needed a lie down.. i thought i was kind of fit! HA HA HA
