Hey everyone!!! I would love to join you all here in this group
I would love to make some friends, keep track of my exercise and make weekly goals it sounds so motivational. I started at 185 and lost 4 pounds on my own by just giving up junk food, that was awhile ago and I have been stuck ever since, it's because I got lazy and just wasn't feeling it anymore but now I'm back with more motivation then ever, I have managed to maintain my weight at 181 pounds right now and want to lose about 41 pounds more.
Walked 1 mile today. It was raining and I still pushed myself to go
