Hi everyone! I am not new to the boards but thought I should introduce myself here since we all probably have a lot of things in common. I am 24 years old, graduated from university last year with my degree in criminology. I don't have a job in my field
but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
I started the South Beach Diet a little over two weeks ago and I feel great. I really want to add some exercise. Anyone have any ideas, something fun that works?
I like the idea of a daily exercise log and can't wait to join in. Is there a daily food log as well?
What plan is everyone on here? Whether it be your own thing or something taken from a book (like myself
)
