Question TrimSpa

Has anyone tried this?

The commercials are luring me in. and Anna Nicole looks great!

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Here's the link for their site, it's $39.95 for one bottle..Yikes! but I'm willing to try something right now, to kick it up a notch.

Hmm.. I'm really leary about anything thats sells the idea you can lose weight by not exercising or changing what you eat.

Have you thought about trying SBD for a couple of weeks? I lost weight in my stomach area and while I don't think I can do this long term.. I think its a good jump start to losing weight again (as long as you ease back into carbs and exercise after Phase 1).

I, too, am leary of a product of this type....especially since right now I'm reading "The Fat Fallacy" by Dr. Will Clower, and it's making SO MUCH SENSE! I would recommend the reading of this book, before resorting to any non-diet-and-exercise tactics. Just my 2 cents! (-;

I've tried the pills. Even with limiting food intake, they do not work. In fact, when I noticed they did NOTHING I did some internet research and there are already two lawsuits against them for faulty advertising. DON'T waste your money! I was an idiot.

I tried them, too and they sucked!

I firmly believe that weight loss won't be successful unless you make permanant changes in your life. You can't get that in a pill
