When I read that earlier - I thought: "What diet is that woman ON," but I figured you'd just made a bit of Freudian slip. But congrats on the loss, that's a good one, though not quite as good as 32 lbs./week. Maybe this craziness is contagious...

Yay--a 2 lb. loss this week, taking me back to 168. So glad to be back in the 160's again! Next week is sure to yield a loss of "virgin poundage"! I'm motivated & ready to have another great week, because I'm leaving for my SD trip next Saturday. Can't wait!!!!
