Thumbs down

Well, I've gained a pound (166) and I have 9 pounds to go for April Fools. But I've been builidng muscle mass, so I know that somewhere I'm loosing fat poundage since I've been building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I'm starting to kind of tell too. This is kind of a NSV, but I can see the outline of my ribs again when I stand up straight!!!! I guess I'm not too bummed.

I'm still the same 69 kgs/ 152-153 lbs.. T_T
wonder if my body's on starvation mode~ my eating pattern was kinda messed up for few days until lately~
is there any way to check that?

Jina - Congratulations! 2.5 pounds is amazing.

I weigh myself WAY too much, I don't usually see much of a difference and if I do, I wait until I see a weight consistently before I count it.

But...this morning the scale said 130.5 pounds!!! I'm on the pill and it's my week off, so I usually see a little drop in my weight that comes right back as soon as I start up again, so I don't know if this is a real loss or not. I don't even care, I feel so encouraged by seeing a totally new number. I haven't seen anything below 131 since I was 19!

Way to go, Katia! Congrats, jenicra! Three pounds is amazing!!

That's OK, Holly. We all have those times. It sounds like you're making positive changes, so that four pounds will be gone in no time.

I have quit posting my weigh in, because it just stays between 165 and 170.
Today it says 168.. I guess that's better than 170

Um, wow. I lost SEVEN pounds this past week! Unreal! So I got off the 3 that I had gained, plus an additional 4.
I let God be first in my life again, and this is what happens! I'm so thankful for how He's changed me. (-;
