I run at least three times a week and I wear Nike Air. I like then because they have are light and fit my feet well, but no matter what brand of shoe I buy, I always put a thicker insole in it for more cushion and arch support.
Also, I don't wear my athletic shoes for anything other than excersize! I also always replace my running shoes about every 3 months. I was having really bad shin splints and feet problems for awile and it turned out that I just need to replace my running shoes more often.
