I began taebo a few years ago. I loved it. I was very sore and awkward at first, but eventually I got the hang of it. I started doing my taebo again last week. I'm still getting used to it again. Just remember to take it at your own pace. The most likely way (I've done this) to get hurt doing taebo is not going at your own pace. You'll conquer the moves, don't worry. Just keep at it.
