Everybody is ROCKIN'! You go, ladies.
This week is crazy for us--pretty busy, my husband's birthday, my late week at work, and several commitments keeping me from exercising as often as usual....but that won't be an excuse and I'll still be expecting at least a *small* loss on Saturday morning.

Here's to our continued success!

Here it is my official weigh in.... * hold on to your britches because I dropped mine*

August 8th - 309

August 15th - 306

August 22nd - *didn't weigh this week*

August 29th - 305

September 5th - 303

September 12th -300.13

September 19th- * not weighing due to PMS*

September 26th- 295



thats a 5 lb loss in the last two weeks.

So how is everyone else doing; from what I have been seeing GREAT Keep up the good work Ladies.

TOMs here so I'm skipping on weighing this week. I might weigh earlier next week because I'm dying to see what the scale say's.

Yeah I think I will post twice next week probably Tuesday and Friday. Then I get two weights You guys can kick me if I'm up but I should be down this week

I am still 158. But that's not surprising because I just started.

However, I feel so much better already just making the efforts, I feel skinnier (although that's not what the scale or my belt says :-) ). Thank you everyone, you guys are my inspiration!

Sept. 5th- 205 no thanks to the stomach flu
Sept. 12th- 203
Sept. 19th- maintained
Sept. 26/27th- Not sure that I'm gonna have time to run up to school and weigh today. If not, I will make it up there tomorrow and weigh before I run

I lost 2 more pounds this week! I'm especially excited about this, because it's been an usual week for me. I had to miss 3 of my workouts, AND I've had about 3 full-fat desserts this past week (husband's birthday). Nice to know it still works, even when life is crazy!!!
