I noticed in your Sept. goals you are trying to avoid pizza. Well, I can show you my healthy (I kid you not!) way of getting to eat pizza. You use a whole wheat pita bread for the crust, and regular pizza sauce. Then you put lots of fresh veggies on it (I use green & red peppers, fresh mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, etc). I then put turkey pepperoni (it's low-fat), and just enough shredded mozarella to make it seem like a pizza on top of that. Bake it on a cookie sheet at 400 deg. for about 13-15 min. It's SO good and is honestly good for you! If you love pizza you should give it a try.
