I had a baby 5 months ago and she is beautiful, wonderful, and healthy and now I'm ready to get healthy again! I gained next to no weight while pregnant with her but after becoming a stay at home mom and not exercising while recovering I've gained and weight more than I did before I was pregnant.
I'm ready to get back on track!
I've got two doggies who need to walk and run more, a baby who is about to be on the move, and a wonderful husband.
I'm on track to finish my masters degree in special education by the end of this year and I want to be in great shape at my graduation! It;s time to make some life changes!
