Default 10 Week Chart Challenge (10/9 - 12/18)

Hi Everyone!!!

I ran a bunch of these challenges in 2011-2012 on this board. I loved doing them and found it extremely motivating. It was fun to have weight loss buddies and to give out stars each week. I then got busy with work/school/career stuff and no longer had the time. After 2 stressful years, I straightened out my career setbacks but packed the pounds back on. I decided to do another challenge to help get myself (and whoever else wants to join) back on track. So here it is...

I added my name to the chart. I've been avoiding the challenges because I didn't want to compare myself to others, but hopefully this will give me some extra motivation, especially since now my vacations/big events are out of the way for the foreseeable future.

I added my name as well! I'll probably have holiday setbacks (one week trip during Thanksgiving, oh boy!), but regardless, this is a great way to be accountable!

Sunarie – I’m glad you joined us. The accountability of these challenges is great. I did weight watchers many years ago and found the weighing in more helpful than the actual plan. Facing the number each week (no matter what it is), does a lot to keep you on track, and to keep the small slip ups from snowballing.

Atarimae – Most of us probably won’t post a loss during the week of Thanksgiving. I know I’m not giving up my slice of pumpkin pie. Hopefully the challenge will help me get right back on track the following week.

Fcoad2 – Actually you’re early . The challenge doesn’t even start until 10/9 and the deadline to join is 10/16.

Gatorgirl6 I just tested the spreadsheet. It works fine for me. Everyone else was able to sign up. Maybe google docs was down or something when you tried to open it earlier, or you have some sort of firewall preventing you from viewing it. I'm not really a tech savant, sorry.

Gatorgirl6, do you have a gmail account? I think you may need to be signed into a gmail account to use google.docs.. maybe not. I don't have a ton of experience with them, and I've always used gmail.

Gatogirl6, the same happened to me when I tried from my phone but it worked from laptop I hope it works for u too !
